Arizona Families F.I.R.S.T.
Arizona Families F.I.R.S.T. provides family-focused substance abuse treatment for families referred from Child Protective Services. This service promotes family independence, stability, and self-sufficiency while supporting child safety and permanency. TERROS co-locates Families F.I.R.S.T. case managers and therapists in CPS sites to facilitate service coordination.
